When a Rich B-tch Tells You to Work

The caucasity of it all!
“I have the best advice for women in business,” Kanye’s soon-to-be-ex-wife Kim Kardashian had what she must have thought were wise words when the clan was recently interviewed by Variety magazine.
Kim decided to slum it and give a Ted Talk to the poors.
Get your f — king ass up and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days.
That was it folks. That was the quote. This privileged white woman that “worked” her way from one mansion to an even bigger mansion wants you to remember that you have to “work.”

Jessica Defino stated,
I was an editor on the Kardashian apps in 2015 in LA, worked days nights & weekends, could only afford groceries from the 99 Cents Only Store, called out “sick” more than once bc I couldn’t put gas in my car to get to the office, & was reprimanded for freelancing on the side
The hypocrisy of a woman born into a very wealthy family telling women that they need to work. Just don’t work for her because she won’t pay you enough to afford food. Yikes.
Is the advice wrong? Well, no. Every adult knows that they need to work. That said, I’m going to have to “shoot the messenger” on this one. Kim did NOT read the room.
Nobody wants to hear the rich give pep talks on work ethic when the working poor have the bleak reality of choosing between this high ass gas and food. There are truck drivers spending 1K on a SINGLE FILLUP. If you make minimum wage, this would almost be an entire month’s pay.
The worst part about this “advice,” is that Kim doesn’t give a damn about women in business. She…
